There’s a reason our medical spa is ranked in the top 1% in the nation by Allergan (makers of Botox). Our certified aesthetic nurse injectors inject all day, every day and go through rigorous testing and training to be part of our team. We take administering injectables seriously. Our Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialists (CANS) will thoroughly assess your facial anatomy, listen to your concerns, and discuss all possible product options with you.

Botox® Cosmetic can safely and successfully treat wrinkles caused by muscle contractions such as: forehead lines, frown lines (aka 11’s or glabellar), bunny lines, crow’s feet, upper lip, smoker’s lines, vertical lines of the neck (platysmal bands), dimpled chin, excessive sweating, gummy smile, under eye wrinkles, and teeth grinding,

Frequently Asked Questions

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a neuromodulator that reduces the appearance of fine lines and prevents them from happening. Botox® Cosmetic is injected by units from a syringe into the face to smooth fine lines and wrinkles.

Whether you opt for some movement or little to no movement, a subtle, natural result is always achievable.

If you’re a male who is bothered by the appearance of lines and wrinkles on your face, this is the product for you. These injections are strategically placed into the facial tissue to  temporarily interrupt nerve signals to nearby muscles. Even deep-set wrinkles can find some improvement. Aside from being injected into the face, it can also be injected into the armpits to halt excessive sweating.

To fully determine your candidacy for this injectable, schedule a consultation with one of our expert aesthetic nurse injectors. At the initial consultation, we will discuss your needs and overall goals.

*Prior to consultation, please be aware that if you are pregnant or nursing, you are NOT a candidate to receive treatment. Please wait until after pregnancy and once fully through with nursing to receive treatment.

You will also want to inform us of anything else that may hinder your cosmetic results, including:

  • any medications you are taking, including vitamins and supplements
  • any known allergies
  • if you have an infection in the proposed area
  • have some muscle/skeletal disorders (for your safety, please disclose all medical conditions to your clinician prior to treatment)
  • are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy
  • have double vision

Sometimes, people find that they do not meet the requirements to be a BOTOX® Cosmetic patient. If this is the case, our team may recommend other skin care treatments to help you get the youthful appearance you’re hoping to achieve.

Just because it’s a toxin, doesn’t mean it’s toxic. BOTOX® Cosmetic is made from a purified protein of Botulinum toxin A. It is reconstituted with a saline solution before it is injected.

Botox® Cosmetic is the most extensively studied non-surgical medical aesthetic treatment. It is safe and effective; and has been approved for cosmetic use in up to 78 countries. There have been over 8 million procedures performed among Americans in the last year alone.

While the Botox® Cosmetic product can be the same anywhere, the injector is your difference maker. Our patient first approach ensures you’re in the hands of a skilled, talented and experienced injector at every appointment. Do your homework. All of our nurses are Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialists (CANS) and inject all day, every day.

Depending on the number of units you receive at treatment, the cost of BOTOX® Cosmetic will vary. Men typically need more units than women as they have greater muscle mass. So more units are needed to stop the muscle from contracting. The cost, therefore,  is ultimately determined by what you’re trying to achieve.

Botox Buyers Beware: if prices seem too good to be true, chances are good they might be. If you simply go for the cheapest option available, the probability of a subpar treatment, unpredictable results, and potentially, an inexperienced injector are greater.

Instead of choosing the cheapest price, choose experience and best fit. Being able to trust your injector is so important. After all, this is your face we’re talking about.

Our Facial Aesthetics clinics are ranked in the top 1% in the nation by Allergan, the makers of BOTOX® Cosmetic. We inject all day, every day, and we’ve also been voted the top med spa in Colorado by readers of 5280 Magazine.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a temporary procedure that can last ~ 2.5-3.5 months.

It’s important not to allow BOTOX® Cosmetic to wear off completely, because the muscles will start contracting again causing progression of the line or wrinkle. For this reason, we highly recommend you schedule your next appointment before you leave to maintain the benefits of your treatment.
