Hyfrecation Pre and Post Treatments Instructions

Proper “pre” and “post” care is essential to achieving optimal results from your treatment. If there are any outstanding questions after reading the information provided below, please do not hesitate to call us. We want to ensure all your questions are thoroughly answered.

Pre-Treatment Instruction:

Your provider will recommend appropriate products to help enhance results and/or minimize potential side effects.

Post-Treatment Instruction:

Treated area will scab for 7-10 days. Do not pick, peel, rub, scrub or irritate your skin in any way while it is healing, as this may cause scarring. Especially dry areas should be kept hydrated with Aquaphor or a product recommended to you by your aesthetician.

Avoid heat, saunas, hot tubs and sweaty activity for 1-2 days; this includes exercise of any kind.
You may resume your regular skin care routine 5 days after treatment once the area is healed. If scabs or irritation are still visible after 5 days, please call our office.
