Microneedling with a twist.
Vivace is a combination treatment that includes both microneedling and multi-level radio frequency. Say goodbye to large pores and hello to smoother, firmer skin.
Our skin is built to naturally repair itself over time. However age, environment and other contributing factors can slow down and impede this restorative process. Fortunately, the Vivace system can help.
To begin the procedure, topical anesthesia is applied to the target area. Then, your aesthetician will use the handheld device that effortlessly and gently creates tiny openings within the skin’s surface. These microscopic openings, also called “fractionated injuries” can stay open for 4 to 6 hours, which is the key to a successful outcome.
The fractionated injuries stimulate your body to activate your natural wound healing process, which promotes the production of new collagen and elastin. The precise delivery of radio frequency energy at varying depths of penetration provides exceptional outcomes. These pulses of radiofrequency emitted during the microneedling procedure activates skin cells to increase moisture levels in the skin, produce new collagen, and improve skin tone and texture. Because the channels stay open longer with Vivace, your body has more time to produce collagen, which is what causes your skin to look vibrant and healthy.
Typically, treatment using the Vivace system takes between 20 to 35 minutes. A numbing cream is applied prior to treatment, and most patients report feeling little to no pain. Vivace can treat a wide variety of cosmetic issues.
Like SkinPen, Vivace can be used to treat any area of the body. Most commonly, it is used for the following:
